Hi! I’m Sam!

I have BPD & ADHD, but I also have a Finance degree, so I help people with brains kinda like mine learn how to manage their money.

My journey through life has been a rollercoaster, but I've emerged stronger and more dedicated to helping others achieve financial stability while prioritizing their mental health.

As a first-generation college student and single mom to three young kids, I've experienced firsthand the struggles of financial hardship. I've been through government housing and even shelters, but I've also triumphed—today, I'm living a comfortable life.

Growing up, I had no financial literacy, and I witnessed the stress and conflict money problems can create. This inspired me to study Finance & Banking and Risk Management & Insurance. My goal was to learn how to manage my own finances and help others like me. But upon graduating, I quickly realized the finance industry often preys on vulnerable people, selling them unnecessary and unaffordable financial products.

That didn't sit right with me, so I pivoted my career to advertising and consumer psychology. This unique blend of finance and psychology expertise gives me deep insights into how our subconscious beliefs influence our spending habits and financial decisions.

As someone living with BPD and ADHD, I understand the importance of mental health in every aspect of life, including personal finance. I've dedicated my business to helping others escape the paycheck-to-paycheck cycle without sacrificing their well-being.

My mission is to empower individuals to take control of their financial futures while prioritizing mental health and well-being.

By following my content and working with me, you can expect to:
